Japanese are trend setters, I’ll give you that much… Frankly, I love everything about the Japanese except when they go to such extremes with their appearances.
Ok… generally, this isn’t just a Japanese issue, this is a world issue! What is wrong with wearing glasses anyway? Some girls look really good with glasses!
Why am I ranting about this you ask?
I found a Japanese commercial by Johnson&Johnson’s Acuvue Contact Lenses from Danny Choo. It tells of a girl’s story on how she was such trouble to her sempai (someone who is higher in status like a higher batch student) when she was wearing glasses… @_@ In my opinion? She looked better with glasses… cuter, or “kawaii~!” as some otakus might say.
