2) Get a cheap economy hosting plan ( 3 bucks)
3) Install Wordpress - a fantastic ( and free) open source blogging platform that is incredibly powerful, scalable and used by many professional grade bloggers and news aggregators around the web - including moi..;-) ( Free)
4) One Venti Starbucks coffee with an express shot ( 3 bucks)
5) Start blogging! ( priceless)
Now, obviously there is a LITTLE bit more to making money with your new blog…but quite frankly, not much! You want to pick a niche, populate your categories and do some other simple SEO optimization exercises to ensure your blog gets noticed, install some simple monetization modules (contextual ads, affiliate offers, etc) and keep the content fresh, hot and regular - just like your extra large coffee.;-) That’s it - and don’t forget to ask any questions if you have them.
